Ethical Trade and Human Rights Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ethical Trade and Human Rights Manager to join a leading fresh produce business based in Bearsted. As part of the Group Responsible Sourcing team, you will play a key role in identifying, mitigating, and managing human rights risks, supporting collective action to promote fairness, dignity, and long-lasting positive impact throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Champion and embed ethical trade and human rights policies across the business and supplier base.

Lead human rights due diligence (HRDD) activities and global supply chain risk assessments.

Analyse audit trends, manage corrective action plans, and support supplier capacity building.

Monitor performance, report against KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement.

Coordinate investigations into serious incidents and collaborate on resolution strategies.

Stay ahead of emerging legislation and global human rights developments.

Deliver initiatives to improve working conditions and health & safety across the supply chain.
