Event Operations Manager

New Yesterday

Job Description

Location: London, NW10 & Central

About us

Cock & Tail was born from founder Fred’s love of crafting high-quality, delicious cocktails — and has evolved into one of the UK’s most reputable event cocktail providers, with a global client roster. From product launches, multi-day luxury weddings to wild Middle Eastern beach parties we’re on a mission to raise the bar with a curated cocktail experience that rivals the best cocktail spots in London, Paris, and New York. And with our sister brand BATCHED, we’re bringing that same ethos and expertise into a ready-to-drink format where the sky really is the limit.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with a go-getting work ethic to come on board and be part of a fast growing, varied and exciting young business. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for luxury events, hospitality and the wider drinks industry. You’ll be supporting founder Fred with the day to day running of the business – both with Cock & Tail Events and BATCHED, our exciting new RTD cocktail delivery service.

The dynamic role will include end-to-end planning, coordinating event and warehouse operations from the initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of the event. It will be both a client facing and admin role and will include site visits, international work opportunities, client and supplier meetings, cocktail tastings and sales strategy planning.
