The Role

As Event Production Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end technical production delivery of live, hybrid and experiential events across global markets. You’ll be a trusted agency lead, ensuring flawless execution from concept through to onsite delivery.

You’ll work closely with creative, account, suppliers and clients — translating ideas into technically sound, deliverable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AV, staging, lighting, sound, power, rigging and show calling where required

  • Own production budgets, schedules, risk assessments and technical documentation
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility checks and pre-production planning
  • Travel internationally to oversee onsite delivery and live event execution
  • Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to ensure ideas are deliverable
  • Manage and mentor junior production team members when required
  • Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest technical, safety and quality standards

About You

  • Proven experience as an Event Production Manager or Senior Producer within an agency environment
  • Strong background in technical production delivery (AV, staging, lighting, power, rigging)
  • Experience delivering international events across multiple territories
  • Confident managing complex budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • Calm, solutions-focused and highly organised under pressure
  • Comfortable being client-facing and leading onsite delivery
  • Willing and able to travel internationally as required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What’s On Offer

  • Salary circa £60,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Central London
  • Opportunity to work on global, large-scale experiential projects
  • International travel as part of the role
  • A collaborative, ambitious and creatively driven agency environment
