What You’ll Do

• Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and briefing packs for senior leaders.
• Coordinate board governance, leadership meetings, and high-profile events.
• Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders and clients.
• Drive operational excellence and support strategic projects across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced MS 365 skills and strong written communication.
• Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.
