What You’ll Do
Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and briefing packs for senior leaders.
Coordinate board governance, leadership meetings, and high-profile events.
Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders and clients.
Drive operational excellence and support strategic projects across the business.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Advanced MS 365 skills and strong written communication.
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.
