About the Client:
A successful commercial property business with headquarters in the US and a small but growing UK team. The London team have recently moved to brand new offices in Fitzrovia and have a highly collaborative, social and friendly culture!
This is a temporary role starting immediately, and will last until Summer 2026 with the potential for extension.
About the EA / Office Manager Role:
This is a temp opportunity supporting the whole London office (circa 10 members) with EA and Office Management support.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management to an Executive and a handful of Directors
- Frequent and complex travel arrangements
- Ad-hoc project support for the team
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers for the office
- Organizing social events for the team, including quarterly regional events and liaising with the US team to support with yearly global team events
- Acting as first point of contact for in-person meetings, calls and enquiries
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with presentation materials and agendas
- Ad-hoc administrative support to the team.
Candidate Specification:
- Prior experience in a ‘lynchpin’ role providing PA / EA and office management / operational support
- Muck-in, collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and on own initiative.
Additional Information:
- Salary up to £75K equivalent salary depending on experience
- The business are largely office-based, however hybrid working is an option with 1 day from home. Some flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role.
- Start date ASAP.
