Superb opportunity for an experienced Board-level Executive Assistant to partner with an inspirational leader in a highly successful, fast-growing financial services arena. To succeed in this role, you will have supported at Board level within medium to large organisations (£500 million - £ billion+ revenue).


Working alongside and in support of an innovative business leader, you will provide close and classic organisational support to the CEO to include exceptional calendar support, board meeting cadence and keeping the flow of information between CEO's office and various internal and external stakeholders (from SLT to external investors).


Minimum requirements:


  • 5-8 years of senior level Executive Assistant experience gained at Board level, ideally with a household name from a regulated industry sector (banking, finance, insurance)
  • Exceptional diary and schedule management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex Boards and Committees
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Communication skills, written/verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, keeping information confidential


Important logistics:

You will be able to commute to two locations: Waterloo central London and the Thames Valley HQ spending time in each location during the week (1 day WFH)
