You’ll be the CEO’s go-to. Her organiser, problem-solver, and calm in the chaos.

You’re not just “support”—you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while she focuses on scaling the brand.

Fast-paced? Yes.

⚡ What You’ll Actually Do

  • Run a very busy, ever-changing calendar (multi-time zones = your playground)
  • Keep meetings, priorities, and life moving seamlessly
  • Pull together slick decks, board packs & docs
  • Plan travel like a pro (think seamless, not stressful)
  • Draft emails + comms that sound exactly like the CEO
  • Prep for big meetings, press, and events
  • Jump into projects, collabs & brand moments
  • Be the connector between teams + external partners
  • Handle confidential info like a vault
  • Basically: make things happen


You Are…

  • 3+ years into EA / exec support life (and good at it)
  • Ideally from fashion / retail / media / creative world
  • Hyper-organised (your notes have notes)
  • A strong communicator—clear, sharp, on it
  • Calm under pressure (you don’t spiral, you solve)
  • Tech-savvy + quick to figure things out
  • Discreet, intuitive, and always 5 steps ahead
