Are you an experienced recruiter with an interest in the regulatory affairs market? Hanson Search is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join the team, specialising in senior, business-critical hires within regulatory affairs.

Role Overview:

As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on regulatory affairs appointments, working closely with clients to identify and place senior talent. This is a consultative role requiring strong market insight, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape.

You will partner with both clients and candidates on strategic hires, building long-term relationships across the regulatory affairs market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the regulatory affairs space
  • Deliver retained and contingent search mandates for mid-to-senior level regulatory roles
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and competitor analysis across regulatory affairs
  • Advise clients on talent trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies within the regulatory market
  • Provide a high-quality, consultative experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Network through industry events and roundtables within the regulatory affairs community
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to grow the regulatory affairs practice
