We want a consultant with gravitas and a meticulous approach. You will likely have:Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in executive search or senior-level professional recruitment.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to converse confidently with board-level stakeholders.Resilience: A proven ability to manage long-cycle, complex placements with a high degree of emotional intelligence.Network: A strong existing footprint in a Specific Sector, e.g., Tech/Finance/Life Sciences.Work Ethic: A self-starter attitude with the discipline to manage your own desk like a business.Unfortunately, due to our high number of applications we are unable to respond to all applicants.
