UK, Europe, and USA . The Role: Executive Search Consultant As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities: Industry Research

: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy. Market Mapping

: Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector. Candidate Sourcing

: Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals. Client Communication

: Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
