We're partnering exclusively with a boutique executive search firm looking to expand from 15 to 18 consultants. You will be joining a high-performing team that generates over £1 million in revenue per senior consultant annually.
This is your chance to receive direct mentorship from directors with 50+ years of combined experience . You will gain deep sector knowledge and become a trusted advisor to impressive clients across the UK, Europe, and USA .
The Role: Executive Search Consultant
As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Research : Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy.
Market Mapping : Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector.
Candidate Sourcing : Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals.
Client Communication : Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
What We Are Looking For: Executive Search Consultant
A 2:1 or above from a Russell Group University
A passion for research and market intelligence
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Confident, personable, and great at building relationships
Ambitious to become an industry expert

£33,000 base salary
OTE £45,000+ in Year 1 (uncapped bonus structure)
