The Role: Executive Search Consultant

As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you’ll support high-level search mandates while developing expertise in talent mapping, research, and client engagement within sectors such as investment banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market mapping and analyse senior talent trends
• Deliver in-depth research, competitor insights, and candidate reports
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Support client meetings and contribute to C-suite hiring decisions
• Develop sector expertise in investment banking and related industries
• Assist with business development and client growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For – Executive Search Consultant

• 2024 or 2025 graduate (any discipline)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness
• Professional maturity and a proactive mindset
• Resilience, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
• Interest in executive search, leadership consulting, or financial services recruitment

Salary & Benefits – Executive Search Consultant

• £32,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
• Annual salary reviews + additional month’s salary at Christmas
