Pear Recruitment: Experienced Property Manager Location: Marylebone Basic Salary: £37,500 + Commission OTE £40,000 Hours: Mon - Thurs 9.00am – 6.00pm / Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their stylish, spacious Marylebone office. You should be enthusiastic, responsible, and have solid property management experience.
You will act as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants, offering advice on rental matters and coordinating any necessary maintenance across a large portfolio of properties.
You will be responsible for:
* Bring on new contractors
* Manage contractor, tenant and landlord relationships
* Ensuring landlords and tenants are kept informed and up to date
* Manage own property portfolio: - including referencing, moves ins, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections etc.
* Ensuring Property Management software systems kept up to date
* Ensuring all regulatory requirements (Deposit registrations etc.) are met
* Point of contact for tenants and landlords with maintenance issues
Requirements:
* Experience as a Property Manager
* Ability to handle and resolve tenant complaints
* Well organised and an excellent multi-tasker
* Great customer service attitude
* Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, boiler, handyman etc. issues
* Ability to review quotes.
* Good IT skills
