Were looking for a hands-on, proactive individual to provide short-term cover for one of our clients in the heart of London (EC4). This role is all about being an extra pair of capable hands and helping to keep things running smoothly. Day-to-day tasks will include: Collecting parcels and deliveries Distributing post throughout the building Setting up rooms for meetings, including moving chairs, tables, and AV equipment as required Preparing spaces for lunches and events Refilling and cleaning coffee machines Pitching in with any other tasks that keep the workplace organised and welcoming What were looking for: A flexible, can-do attitude Willingness to get stuck in and tackle a variety of tasks Good communication skills and a friendly manner Reliability and punctuality Whats on offer: Short-term assignment with a well-regarded client Central London location with good transport links Competitive hourly rate Holiday pay Would suit a college leaver or student looking for holiday work (must be 18 plus years old) .
