Job Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the site, including emptying bins and sweeping around the premises. Operate floor cleaning equipment to ensure hygienic and presentable indoor areas. Manage waste disposal, including baling cardboard and plastic for recycling purposes. Assist with site maintenance tasks such as weeding, clearing leaves, and general outdoor upkeep. Support one-off tasks such as moving office furniture, disposing of old products, or minor painting jobs. Utilise an FLT (Forklift Truck) license to load/unload trucks and handle baling operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in facilities maintenance or site upkeep is desirable. Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) license is highly advantageous. Ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and outdoor maintenance. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to facilities management. Reliable and proactive approach to completing daily tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Due to the secure nature of the site, a Base Line Personal Standard Security Check will be done on the successful candidate.
Day shifts- Monday - Thursday 07.50-16.45. Friday until 12.10pm
