Facilities Coordinator – Building Services & FM Operations\n\nLocation: West Central London Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Salary: £36,000 + benefits\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe are seeking an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations of a state-of-the-art commercial office in West Central London. Working closely with on-site engineers, contractors, and client representatives, you will ensure the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and soft service support throughout the facility.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination experience in the Facilities Management sector looking to contribute to a premium, forward-thinking workspace environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee day-to-day coordination of maintenance tasks and contractor activity\n\nMonitor and update CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, Maximo, Planon)\n\nSchedule statutory PPMs and track reactive tickets to resolution\n\nMaintain accurate site documentation including logbooks, permits, RAMS, and compliance records\n\nSupport H&S procedures and assist with audits and inspections\n\nLiaise with helpdesk teams, suppliers, and client representatives\n\nAssist in small works projects and procurement of materials/services\n\nProvide admin support to the Facilities Manager and engineering team\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience in a Facilities Coordinator or FM Helpdesk role\n\nStrong understanding of building compliance and maintenance schedules\n\nFamiliarity with CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Suite\n\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\n\nHealth & Safety awareness and commitment to service excellence\n\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment\n\nDesirable Qualifications:\n\nIOSH Working Safely or similar H&S training\n\nUnderstanding of M&E asset types and FM terminology\n\nIf this role is for you and you are interested please apply now!\n\nCall me on (phone number removed) or apply with you cv
