What you’ll be doing:

Leading all aspects of hard and soft facilities management across multiple sites, including mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance.

Overseeing fleet management, grounds maintenance, and other FM services that keep operations seamless.

Driving statutory compliance across the board — from building legislation to specific safety regulations (PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, etc.).
*
Managing everything from cleaning, catering, and security to refurbishment projects, supplier contracts, and lease advice.
*
Being a visible, trusted presence — building strong relationships with employees and leadership while delivering practical solutions.
