Family Partner (Solicitor)

The Role:
The successful candidate will join a growing firm, leading a busy and well‑established family law offering. The role involves advising on a wide range of family matters including private children disputes, contact and residence issues, non‑molestation and injunctive relief, matrimonial disputes, and cases involving social services. As a Partner, you will manage complex and sensitive cases from outset to resolution, represent clients in court proceedings, and draft matrimonial and separation agreements. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing the family practice in Belfast, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to business development.
Qualifications and experience:
6+ years’ PQE;
Extensive family/matrimonial law experience;
Excellent academics;
Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;
Willingness to become engage in business development;
Technically excellent;
Ability to work independently and as a team;
Empathetic towards clients.
Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
Friendly and collegiate team;
Opportunity to progress within the firm.
