The Role:

You'll become a key member of the growing Family Law team based in Sutton Coldfield, handling a diverse caseload and playing a vital role in the department's success. As a Family Solicitor within this team you will manage a full caseload of privately funded family law matters to include Divorce & separation, Financial disputes & settlements, Private children matters, representing clients in court and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.

About You:

You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with proven experience in family law and a strong understanding of family legal procedures, including private law children matters and financial remedy cases.

You will have excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills and be client-focused, self-motivated and capable of managing their own caseload effectively.
