Family Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) – £45-52K dep on PQE Reading (Hybrid Working), plus excellent benefits Are you a newly qualified to 2‑year PQE Family Solicitor looking to build your career within a highly respected, long‑established firm? You will primarily assist a senior partner who is both the Chair and Department Manager, as well as an associate specialising in complex child arrangements cases. The firm emphasises outstanding client care and long‑term professional development, with a strong track record of retaining and nurturing talent. What you will be doing:
Managing and assisting with an agreed caseload Progressing matters efficiently and cost‑effectively Maintaining the highest professional and compliance standards Keeping clients informed about the full range of services available Supporting business development and networking initiatives
About You
NQ–2 years’ PQE with family law experience during training Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to delivering excellent client care Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Able to embody the firm’s values of excellence, integrity and approachability
