Family Fee Earner - Barnsley Barnsley | Hybrid working available £30,000 - £45,000+ (DOE) A well-regarded South Yorkshire firm is looking for an experienced Family Fee Earner to join its Barnsley office. This is a great opportunity to take on a varied caseload within a supportive, close-knit team that values empathy, professionalism and long-term relationships. You’ll step into an established department with strong local ties and a consistent flow of new instructions – with the added benefit of hybrid working once you’re settled in. The Role: Managing a caseload of family law matters, including:

Divorce and financial remedy Private and public children matters Domestic abuse and injunctions Cohabitation and separation agreements Preparing court documents, conducting advocacy where appropriate and liaising with clients throughout Legal Aid experience preferred but not essential

About You:

You may be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Family Fee Earner Confident handling a mixed caseload independently Approachable and sensitive to clients’ needs during challenging times Comfortable working in a high street or community-focused firm
