We are l ooking for a F&BSupervisor to join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden.
About the role
Ensure the efficient running of the floor operations during service
Responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience
Following the checklist for both opening and closing
Handling guest queries
Responsible for the training of your team
About you
A natural hospitality professional who loves to interact with people
Passionate, excited & knowledgeable about the cocktail, spirits, wine and food scene in London
Organised, reliable and motivated
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
