We are on the lookout for an energetic and hands-on F&B Supervisor(part-time basis- 20hrs per week) who will lead by example on the floor, support and motivate the team, and ensure every guest interaction feels effortless, engaging and unmistakably nhow. Key Responsibilities Supervising daily F&B operations across restaurant, bar and events Leading shifts, briefing the team and maintaining high service standards Delivering memorable, personalised guest experiences Training, coaching and motivating F&B Assistants Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally Supporting stock control, ordering and wastage management Ensuring brand standards, hygiene and health & safety compliance Working closely with the F&B Manager and F&B Supervisors. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Bar Supervisor Passion for food, drink and standout service Confident leadership style with a hands-on approach Strong communication and organisational skills A natural people person with a positive, can-do attitude Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and busy service periods Ready to Join Us?
