(Ref:256) Female Support Worker Merthyr Tydfil (Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9) Contract: Permanent Location: Merthyr Hours per week: 36 hours weekly (to include up to 3 x 12-hour shifts) Working Pattern: Term time: 12-hour shifts - Waking Nights & Weekend days Plus mixture of after school support. Monday Sunday (Flexibility essential) Shift Patterns: 21:00 & 09:00 (tbc) - Some afternoon/evening work 15:00-21:00 (tbc) During school holidays shift patterns are likely to include working 12 hour days. I need 24/7 1:1 support in all areas of daily life. You will be part of my amazing team which is led by my Mum and a Team Leader, with support from my case manager. I am described by the people who know me best as amazing, determined, funny and loving, I am sociable and have a great sense of humour.
