Lead the evaluation of potential Community Delivery partners, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. Support the charity onboarding process by collaborating across multiple teams to implement necessary infrastructure. Drive operational excellence through site audits, performance monitoring, and process standardisation. Own safety compliance and enhance delivery partner experience metrics with actionable initiatives.
