About the Role Client: Nestlé – GroceryLocation: Luton – Field-based (territory-based role)Contract: PermanentSalary: £27,838.14 per annum, plus up to 10% quarterly bonus, company car, fuel card, and tech provided. Key Responsibilities
Visit a set number of stores each day to meet KPI targets. Drive availability, compliance, and promotional execution. Negotiate additional shelf space and incremental displays. Support new product launches to maximize impact. Use sales and store data to prioritize actions and unlock incremental sales. Capture high-quality photos and record accurate visit data. Feed back market insight, competitor activity, and store-level intelligence.
Qualifications
Full UK manual driving licence. Previous retail, FMCG, or sales experience desirable but not essential. Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven. Great at building rapport and influencing in-store teams. Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment. IT literate and confident using mobile data capture tools.
