Field Sales RepresentativesWe are looking for ambitious and results-driven individuals with a passion for sales who enjoy building relationships, closing deals and meeting targets. We are working with the UK's leading provider of pump-top promotions and convenience retail solutions. The Field Sales Representatives are essential in building relationships with new and exisiting clients, promotion products and driving sales in the field. You will be key to expanding the customer base, delivering exceptional service whilst ensuring the promotional solutions meet the needs of their clients.

What you'll be doing:

Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with potential clients in your region.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.

Sales Presentations & Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients, promoting products and services while tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, negotiating pricing and terms to secure deals.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing regular updates on your sales activities and performance to the management team.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring we are always meeting client expectations.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively present them to potential clients.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel to meet clients within your designated region
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding targets
  • A full UK driving license
