The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding across a varied client base, including: Hospitals Care homes Health centres You'll be working on a range of electro-mechanical equipment, ensuring reliability and performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance, servicing, and fault diagnosis on-site Work with motors, pumps, plumbing, electrical and electronic control systems Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical faults efficiently Identify and report commercial opportunities Accurately update jobs using an electronic task management system What We're Looking For Background in a technical, engineering, or service environment Strong fault-finding skills (essential) Experience with electro-mechanical systems Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Working Hours Monday to Friday (hours vary depending on job schedule and location) On-call rota: 1 week in 8 (evenings up to 8pm weekends) What's in It for You?
