We are experiencing continued growth in our fast‑paced fashion wholesale and retail business. We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to lead our UK Finance Function, develop the team and act as a key business partner across our internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to our Country Manager, this role is integral for driving our business performance and optimising the financial operations across our UK market. OUR TEAM In order to drive your function, you will lead, develop and grow your UK Finance team of four, including a Finance Analyst and three Credit Controllers. Working in close cooperation with our international Group Finance function, you will gain a Finance network to collaborate closely with. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
A critical member of the UK Management team, optimising your function and ensuring alignment across all functions. Push the Global Finance agenda into the future, building a network, seeking sustainable, competitive advantage, in order to develop a world‑class finance function. Take ownership for the development and performance of the UK Finance team, providing coaching and clear expectations. Be a key contact with customers and suppliers, performing profitability analysis and negotiating new contracts with wholesale customers, inter‑company agreements, operational costs and retail stakeholders. Serve as the link between Group Finance reporting and UK management, translating financial results into actionable insights. Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and performance monitoring. Collaborate with Group Finance on month‑end and year‑end reporting processes, including audit preparation. Support payroll approvals, commission calculations and annual salary review processes. Identify and drive efficiencies, improvements and future‑focused financial initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE You are a commercially driven Finance Partner, excellent at building relationships across the business, and have a great track record for successfully leading and developing teams. You thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment and can simplify complexity. You are a clear and concise communicator who is influential, collaborative, and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done. QUALIFICATIONS
ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent full chartered level professional qualification Experience in retail or fashion (preferred)
