Finance Manager / Senior MA – Fast Growth Independent Agency – Central London The Role We’re seeking a commercially minded Senior Management Accountant / Finance Manager to take full ownership of management accounts, group consolidation, and forecasting across a 10‑entity group. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role for someone who thrives in an agile, growing environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing clear financial insight, challenging assumptions, and helping drive smarter decision‑making across the business. Key Responsibilities
Own monthly management accounts and group consolidation across seven entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Lead P&L forecasting, budgeting, and reforecasting, providing forward‑looking insight and clear commentary Act as a commercial finance partner to senior leaders, challenging performance and supporting growth decisions Maintain strong technical accounting standards, including intercompany accounting and controls (approx. 25% technical focus) Improve finance systems, reporting, and processes, driving efficiency and better visibility as the business scales Line manage and develop junior finance team members, raising overall finance capability
About You
Strong background in management accounting, with experience owning accounts, consolidation, and forecasting Commercially focused, able to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships Pragmatic, adaptable, and motivated by working in a growing, non‑corporate environment
