Finance Manager / Senior MA – Fast Growth Independent Agency – Central London

The Role

We’re seeking a commercially minded Senior Management Accountant / Finance Manager to take full ownership of management accounts, group consolidation, and forecasting across a 10-entity group.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in an agile, growing environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing clear financial insight, challenging assumptions, and helping drive smarter decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts and group consolidation across seven entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead P&L forecasting, budgeting, and reforecasting, providing forward-looking insight and clear commentary
• Act as a commercial finance partner to senior leaders, challenging performance and supporting growth decisions
• Maintain strong technical accounting standards, including intercompany accounting and controls (approx. 25% technical focus)
• Improve finance systems, reporting, and processes, driving efficiency and better visibility as the business scales
• Line manage and develop junior finance team members, raising overall finance capability

About You

• Strong background in management accounting, with experience owning accounts, consolidation, and forecasting
• Commercially focused, able to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight
• Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and motivated by working in a growing, non-corporate environment

Package:

• £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
