In a Nutshell We have a great opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team within Strategic Land at our Brentwood office in Essex. Reporting to the Strategic Land Head of Finance, you will support the business unit in providing insightful financial and commercial analysis to ensure that the business can progress towards achieving its long-term objectives. The Finance Manager is responsible for all aspects of budgeting and forecasting including the annual budget process, the 5-year strategic plan and the short-term cashflow submissions. This is a broad finance role liaising closely with operational colleagues to ensure timely and accurate information is presented to the Strategic Land Board. The Strategic Land team supports long-term land acquisition and promotion activity across the Group. The team works closely with regional business units and group planning colleagues.
