Finance Manager
A strong opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a busy, service‑led organisation in a key leadership role. This position leads a centralised finance team responsible for delivering accurate management accounts, robust financial controls and high‑quality reporting to a wide range of stakeholders.
This role would suit someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people and taking ownership of getting the numbers right.
The role:

Lead, manage and develop a team of management accountants
Own the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts
Ensure strong balance sheet reconciliations and disciplined financial controls
Support budgeting, forecasting and year‑end processes
Review payroll postings, client money calculations and internal submissions
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, maintaining a clear “no surprises” approach
Identify and drive improvements across processes, reporting and systems
Work closely with senior finance colleagues to support wider business initiativesAbout you:

Qualified or nearly‑qualified accountant
Strong background in management accounting
Proven experience managing and developing a team
Confident juggling a busy workload while maintaining quality and attention to detail
A clear communicator who builds trusted relationships across the business
