Job Description

Senior Management Accountant

Luxury Hospitality Brand (Multi-Site)

London (hybrid, 4 days in the office)

£60,000 + bonus + benefits

A prestigious, well-established hospitality group is seeking a Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team. Operating a portfolio of premium venues across Central London, the business delivers first-class dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences, with annual revenues exceeding £50m.

This is a key role within the finance function, responsible for delivering accurate and timely management accounts across a multi-site business, while building strong relationships with operational teams. Reporting into the Finance Director and working closely with the Group Financial Controller, the position offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and involvement in strategic initiatives, including new site investments and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts
  • Support senior finance leadership in the preparation and review of financial reporting within tight deadlines
  • Review site-level P&Ls, providing clear variance analysis against budget and prior performance
  • Maintain strong balance sheet control, ensuring all reconciliations are completed, reviewed and discrepancies resolved
  • Partner closely with General Managers and operational stakeholders to address P&L queries and ensure appropriate accounting treatments
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, maintaining regular communication to capture events and operational changes ahead of month-end
  • Oversee accounting for new site investments and pre-opening costs, ensuring clear tracking and reporting for senior management
  • Support the alignment and standardisation of processes and accounting treatments across the wider Group
  • Assist with Corporation Tax processes and external reporting requirements where required
  • Support ad hoc projects, including systems improvements and international expansion initiatives

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong experience in management accounting and month-end processes, ideally within a multi-site environment. Experience in hospitality, retail or another operationally complex business would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will be technically strong, detail-oriented and highly organised, with the confidence to partner senior non-finance stakeholders and communicate financial performance clearly. Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience with Sage 200 would be beneficial.

If you are a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to take ownership of a high-impact role within a premium hospitality business, please apply.
