Lynx are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Product Manager to take ownership of a core practice management and finance platform within a complex, multi-office professional-services organisation.This is a strategic, hands-on role combining product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery leadership. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring strong system adoption, and maximising long-term value from the platform.Key responsibilitiesOwn the product vision, roadmap, and enhancement pipeline for the finance systemMaintain and prioritise a structured backlog of enhancements, fixes, integrations, and configuration changesLead the delivery of system improvements from requirements through to releaseWork closely with finance, technology, and operational teams to align systems with business processesAct as the primary point of contact for system functionality, improvements, and future directionCoordinate internal delivery resources and external partners to deliver enhancements effectivelyManage upgrades, patches, and module or feature implementationsEstablish and maintain strong system governance, documentation, and data quality standardsOversee issue triage and ensure effective resolution with support teams and vendorsCommunicate roadmap priorities, progress, and releases to stakeholders at all levelsSkills and experienceEssentialSignificant experience working with finance or practice management systems in a professional-services environmentStrong understanding of financial processes such as billing, work-in-progress, collections, and reportingProven experience leading system enhancements, optimisation initiatives, or integrationsStrong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadershipAbility to translate business needs into structured technical or functional deliverablesAnalytical and detail-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindsetDesirableExperience working with complex enterprise finance platformsFamiliarity with data structures, reporting, or system integrationsExperience coordinating cross-functional delivery teamsBackground in legal, financial, or professional-services organisationsJBRP1_UKTJ
