Role Summary

The Finance Project Manager oversees all Finance-related integration activities. this individual manages systems transitions, reporting alignment, cost tracking, policy harmonization, and cross-department dependencies. This role requires working closely with Finance leadership, IT, HR, Risk, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, controlled integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all Finance merger integration activities Manage the Finance integration project plan and roadmap Assist in coordinating the integration of Elite 3E financial system and data Track Finance-related merger costs and provide forecasting Analyze and harmonize finance policies, controls, and procedures Run regular Finance workstream meetings, prepare status updates, and manage communications Maintain project governance documentation, RAID logs, and executive reporting Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation and resolution Support cutover planning, testing phases, and training coordination

Required Expertise

Proven experience managing large-scale Finance or system integrations Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly Familiarity with systems such as Elite 3E, Intapp, Emburse, or similar Strong data migration and project governance experience Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a high-pressure environment
