Marks Sattin is working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Finance Service Desk Analyst.
\n
\nAs a Finance Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for finance-related queries from internal teams and external suppliers.
\n
\n
\n
\nOur client is looking for candidates with a good understanding of billing and payments with an interest in a career within finance. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in finance support or service desk environments.
\n
\n
\n
\nFor this role, they will pay up to £31,000 on a 35 hour working week and hybrid working (50% WFH). Other benefits include up to 28 days holiday (plus BH) and a bonus scheme!

\n
\nKey Responsibilities of the role include:

\n

  • Provide first-line support for finance queries and issues.
  • \n\t
  • Manage and resolve tickets across various finance workstreams.
  • \n\t
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders.
  • \n\t
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • \n\t
  • Contribute to process improvements and team reporting.
  • \n\t
  • Maintain documentation and support daily operational tasks.
  • \n
\n\n

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • \n\t
  • Experience using ticketing systems (ideally ServiceNow).
  • \n\t
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time, and work under pressure.
  • \n\t
  • Numerate with good problem-solving skills.
  • \n\t
  • Professional and proactive attitude.
  • \n\t
  • Understanding of finance processes (e., billing, payments).
  • \n
