Financial Controller Belfast £60,000 - £70,000 Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a successful, business to appoint a Financial Controller into a key, hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations and future growth. This position will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being close to the detail and acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership in a fast-paced, project-led environment. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the full month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cashflow on a hands-on basis. Maintain strong financial controls, balance sheet integrity and robust reconciliations. Provide commercial insight on project performance, margins and working capital. Manage and support the finance team while remaining actively involved in core finance processes. The Person Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with solid post-qualification experience. Comfortable in a hands-on, operational finance role within a fast-moving business. Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to engage with non-finance stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive and able to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment.
