We are partnering with a high-growth, international financial services business to appoint a Financial Controller. The business has a strong growth trajectory and operates across multiple jurisdictions, offering a complex, multi-entity and multi-currency environment.This is a high-impact, commercially visible role working closely with senior leadership, with the opportunity to shape reporting, controls, and processes in a scaling, data-driven environment.The RoleThe Financial Controller will own group reporting, financial control, and operational finance across an international business. Responsibilities include:Leading the group month-end close, improving timelines, accuracy, and overall reporting qualityOverseeing financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong controlsManaging multi-currency consolidation, including FX, intercompany eliminations, and exposure analysisPartnering with stakeholders on cash flow, forecasting, and performance insights, supporting data-driven decision makingDelivering investor reporting, board packs, and high-quality financial analysisCoordinating group and local audits, acting as the key contact for external auditorsMaintaining robust balance sheet integrity, including ownership of reconciliations and control frameworksSupporting commercial analysis across revenue streams, clients, and geographiesDriving improvements in systems, data, and processes, including involvement in ERP/CRM enhancementsSupporting international expansion, including regulatory, tax, and operational finance considerationsLeading, developing, and scaling a high-performing finance teamCandidate ProfileACA qualified with 6+ years’ PQEExperience in a SaaS, fintech, FS, or PE-backed environmentStrong group reporting, controls, and audit background in a multi-entity businessExperience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAdvanced Excel and strong financial modelling skillsKey AttributesTechnically strong with a focus on accuracy and controlCommercially minded, able to translate data into insightProactive, adaptable, and solutions-orientedConfident engaging with senior stakeholdersInterested in systems, automation, and scaling processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
