With real scale and complexity across multiple divisions, this is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to make a genuine impact.The Role:Reporting into the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will play a central role in driving the quality of financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across the group. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insight that supports strategic decision‑making.Key Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across the groupProduce high-quality financial models to support business performance and strategic initiativesDeliver variance analysis and commentary, translating financial data into clear narrative for senior stakeholdersPartner with divisional and operational leads to drive commercial understanding across the businessSupport the Head of FP&A on board-level reporting and ad hoc analysisIdentify opportunities to improve planning processes, systems, and reporting toolsRequirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Previous experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role, ideally within property, real estate, or a complex multi-site businessStrong financial modelling and Excel skillsConfident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholdersExperience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
