We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded FP&A Manager to join a rapidly growing, award-winning national property group. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of the Group’s core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and the delivery of critical financial insights. With over 300 branches and a reputation for excellence, this organisation offers a fast-paced environment where you will directly influence business decisions and support a multi-entity structure during an exciting period of expansion. Develop and refine KPI reporting frameworks, ensuring the seamless integration of new acquisitions into standard business reporting. Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and complex modelling to evaluate new business initiatives and support long-term decision-making. Champion the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes to ensure consistency and quality across all divisions. Manage and mentor a dedicated FP&A team of four direct reports, fostering a culture of professional growth and accuracy.
What we are looking for:
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience. Proven experience in a commercial finance or FP&A leadership role, specifically managing complex budgeting and forecasting cycles. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret large data sets into actionable financial narratives. A track record of managing and developing finance professionals. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance leadership. Experience with multi-entity businesses or EPM tools such as Jedox.
Why Join: This is a standout opportunity to lead a critical finance function within a business that truly invests in its people. You will benefit from market-leading training and a clear trajectory for career advancement. Beyond the professional growth, you will join a collaborative culture that celebrates success through quarterly and yearly awards, all while operating in a flexible hybrid working environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
