Financial Reporting Manager – 9-Month FTC (Hybrid, Midlands) Salary: Up to £75k FTE Location: Hybrid – Wolverhampton Contract: 9-month Fixed Term (maternity cover)
We're looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead a smooth year-end reporting process for a well-established UK business in the hospitality sector. This is a hands-on, technically-focused role with no line-management responsibility, giving you the freedom to drive key milestones and coordinate across teams.
What you'll be doing Own the year-end external audit and be the main day-to-day contact for auditors and internal stakeholders. Coordinate specialist workstreams, including property valuations, treasury, and pensions. Prepare statutory packs, management papers, and IFRS financial statements. Maintain balance-sheet controls and support wider financial reporting queries. Advise on transactions, accounting entries, and fixed-asset accounting. Who we're looking for ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified. Proven experience leading external audits for large or listed groups.
