Financial Reporting Manager – 9-Month FTC (Hybrid, Midlands) Salary: Up to £75k FTE Location: Hybrid – Wolverhampton Contract: 9-month Fixed Term (maternity cover) We're looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead a smooth year-end reporting process for a well-established UK business in the hospitality sector. This is a hands-on, technically-focused role with no line-management responsibility, giving you the freedom to drive key milestones and coordinate across teams.What you'll be doing Own the year-end external audit and be the main day-to-day contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.Coordinate specialist workstreams, including property valuations, treasury, and pensions.Prepare statutory packs, management papers, and IFRS financial statements.Maintain balance-sheet controls and support wider financial reporting queries.Advise on transactions, accounting entries, and fixed-asset accounting. Who we're looking for ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified.Proven experience leading external audits for large or listed groups.Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102, and UK reporting standards.Confident with Excel, ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4 HANA), and large reconciliations.Excellent communicator, calm under pressure, proactive problem solver.JBRP1_UKTJ
