Finishing Foreman - 1/05/2026

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Finishing Foreman to join our team on a busy construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all finishing trades on site, including snagging and final fix works

  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines

  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities

  • Maintain health & safety standards at all times

  • Liaise with site management, clients, and inspectors

  • Conduct quality checks and manage snagging lists through to completion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

  • Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
