We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Finishing Foreman to join our team on a busy construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all finishing trades on site, including snagging and final fix works

Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines

Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities

Maintain health & safety standards at all times

Liaise with site management, clients, and inspectors

Conduct quality checks and manage snagging lists through to completion

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role

Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
