We’re working with a growing compliance specialist delivering fire safety services across housing association and local authority properties.

The Role

You’ll be carrying out PPM servicing, fault finding, and repairs across occupied residential properties.

This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and communication are just as important as your technical ability.

Your responsibilities will include:

* PPM servicing of fire alarm systems

* Fault finding & repairs within residential properties

* Working to BS5839-1 & Part 6 standards

* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures

* Completing reports using handheld devices

What You’ll Need

* Experience with analogue addressable & conventional fire alarm systems

* Strong understanding of BS5839 (Part 1 & 6)

* FIA training (or equivalent)

* Full UK driving licence

* Good IT skills for reporting

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday (40 hours minimum)

* Regular overtime available (typically 45–50 hours)

* Weekend work + call-out rota available
