We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our 5-star boutique hotel.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services. You will lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver impeccable service that reflects the elegance and standards of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations across all service areas
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest service
Ensure service standards consistently meet 5-star expectations
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly
Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
