Role Summary The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the full F&B operation including restaurants, lounges, bars, in-room dining, and private dining/events. This role drives operational excellence, brand standards, innovation, and service culture while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence Lead day-to-day F&B operations across all venues ensuring consistent five-star service delivery.

Ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining luxury service standards, personalised interactions, and proactive engagement.

Develop operational policies, SOPs, and service frameworks aligned with brand standards and continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire F&B leadership and operational teams to deliver world-class hospitality.

Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and coaching to ensure skill development and retention.

Lead by example in professional conduct, service excellence, and guest interaction.

Commercial & Financial Management Manage operating budgets, cost controls, revenue KPIs, and P&L performance.

Analyse forecasting trends, F&B costs, stock levels, and supplier agreements to optimise profitability.

Collaborate with culinary and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Guest Experience & Service Standards Ensure seamless service delivery across outlets including fine dining, bars, IRD, afternoon tea, and events.

Monitor guest feedback channels and ensure timely action plans to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.

Support innovation in menu development, wine programs, and seasonal experiences.

Growth, Innovation & Branding Support the evolution and expansion of F&B concepts in line with brand direction and emerging market trends.

Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to execute promotions, seasonal activations, events, and partnerships.

Enhance brand positioning through storytelling, luxury aesthetic, and curated guest experiences.

Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, hygiene standards, and allergen protocols.

Oversee audits, training, and documentation to maintain five-star operational readiness at all times.

Experience & Skills Required ? Minimum 57 years Food & Beverage leadership experience within a luxury five-star hotel, private members club, or premium F&B group .
? Proven experience managing multiple outlets and high-volume operations while maintaining premium service standards.
? Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated success in improving profitability and scaling operations.
? Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on culture development and staff engagement.
? Ability to work in a fast-growing, agile environment with a solutions-based, proactive mindset.
? Strong understanding of premium wine, spirits, menu engineering, and luxury service etiquette.
? Advanced systems experience (EPOS, stock control, reservations, rota systems).
