We are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for a beautifully restored luxury hotel and spa set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotels food and beverage operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee multiple outlets, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a consistently excellent guest experience.
You will also play a key role in events and functions, supporting the wider operation when required.
This role requires a confident and organised manager who can lead from the front, motivate their team, and maintain control across a varied and busy operation.
You will be equally comfortable on the floor during service as you are managing the finer operational details behind the scenes.
Duties:
Oversee the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets
Manage and inspire a team, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times
Coordinate service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea
Support the delivery of events, functions, and private dining
Handle guest queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain strong organisational control across staffing, service flow, and standards
Undertake Duty Management responsibilities on a rota basis
